Shipping Policy

If you have placed an order with Irena Boutique the delivery time may differ from what you are used to. Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, allowing us to save significantly on storage and transportation costs. This enables us to offer our products at very competitive prices.

  • After placing an order, we need 1-3 business days to process it. On weekdays, this usually takes one business day, but if an order is placed on Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take slightly longer. The average delivery time is 7-14 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

1+1 Free Offers

1+1 Free Offers are valid when it is clearly stated on the product page: add 2 items to your cart, and the discount will be automatically applied at checkout. The responsibility for completing this action lies with the customer. We cannot check every order for errors. If the customer does not do this themselves, they are responsible unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Shipping Costs

We cover the full shipping costs for all our orders. Your order will therefore be delivered completely FREE of charge.

Delivered Orders

Irena Boutique is not responsible for stolen or lost packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the specified address. Upon request, we will confirm delivery and provide the delivery date and tracking information so the customer can independently determine the cause of any issue.

Order Cancellation

If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellation is no longer possible as all orders are shipped within 24 hours, and the order will already be in transit. Once you receive your order, you can still return it easily.
